Hannah Brown

Hannah M. Brown (sometimes working under the pseudonym ovenbird) is a sound artist based in Ontario. Her work explores the small sounds of nature, human life, and technology through dreamy ambient soundscapes, forests of analog synthesizer tones, and audiovisual installations. Her installation work has been shown in the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts, and she has presented concert works at the Toronto International Electroacoustic Symposium and the Tone Deaf Festival.
