Neema Bickersteth

Neema has been honoured to perform for the XIVth Dalai Lama, Shirin Ebadi, and the Archbishop Desmond Tutu. Performance work includes Oil and Water (Artistic Fraud); Stitch and Voicebox (Urbanvessel); The Penelopiad (Nightwood); Like an Old Tale (Jumblies); The Story (Theatre Columbus); Salomé’s Clothes (Summerworks); Harlem Duet (Black Theatre Workshop, Montreal); Caroline, or Change (Acting Up Stage/Obsidian); and upcoming for Luminato, Apocalypsis. Neema was also co-creator and lead in Century Song (Volcano), which recently had its world premiere at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa.
